Accounts aged 13–15 have functional personalization, analytics, marketing, commercial profiling, external-provider sharing and self-service purchases disabled by enforcement—not just by interface labels.
Content boundaries
HugeWho rejects credential-like secrets and moderates spam, abuse, privacy violations, conflicts of interest and false claims. High-risk guidance should cite sources and direct consequential matters to qualified human review.
Incident process

- Triage and contain.
- Preserve evidence and investigate scope.
- Notify affected people or authorities where required.
- Resolve, monitor and document prevention work.
Human accountability
Privacy, security, billing, deletion, vendor disputes and investigated AI complaints can become formal cases with a team, response target, conversation and resolution.
Independent review gate
Phase 14 provides the controls and internal audit surfaces. A separate independent security review remains a mandatory gate before any broader launch claim.
