1. What we deliver

HugeWho sells digital services only: credits, in packs or with a plan, which pay for work in the studios. Nothing is shipped physically, and there are no delivery charges.

2. When it arrives

• Credits and plans are added to your account at once, as soon as the payment succeeds. They show in Plan and credits, together with the invoice.
• What you make in a studio is delivered to your Library in your account. Most pictures and voice lines arrive in seconds; a video can take a few minutes, and the studio shows its progress while it runs.
• If a payment succeeds but the credits do not appear within a few minutes, email support@hugewho.com with the payment reference and we will put it right.

3. Where it is delivered

Everything is delivered to the HugeWho account you were signed in to when you paid or made it, at hugewho.com. You can download what you make from your Library.

4. Work that is not delivered

A studio job that fails or does not arrive is not charged, and credits taken for it come back on their own. The Refund and Cancellation Policy explains this in full.
