HUGEWHO PUBLIC GOVERNANCE

Terms of Service

Fair-use rules for HugeWho guidance, community, workspaces and accounts.

Effective and last reviewed: 22 August 2026

The service

HugeWho provides educational AI-tool guidance, directory information, workspace organization and support. It does not operate third-party tools and cannot guarantee their availability, pricing, security or output. The current service is a controlled beta, so features may change as reliability and usefulness are tested.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 and legally permitted to use the service where you live. If you use HugeWho for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to act for it. Keep account access private and tell support promptly if you suspect misuse.

Member responsibilities

Provide accurate account information, protect your HugeWho credentials, respect intellectual property and use the service lawfully.

  • Do not upload malware, secrets, payment credentials or another person’s private data without authority.
  • Do not manipulate reviews, impersonate vendors, abuse support, scrape protected member data or bypass service limits.

Guidance and external links

Guidance is educational and should be independently checked for consequential financial, legal, medical, security or professional decisions. External sites have their own terms and privacy practices.

Your content and HugeWho materials

You retain rights you already hold in material you add. You give HugeWho permission to store, process and display it only as needed to provide, protect and improve the service under your settings. HugeWho’s name, design, software and original editorial material remain protected; these terms do not transfer ownership to members.

Moderation and access

HugeWho may label, limit or remove unsafe, deceptive, abusive or unlawful content. Account restrictions are recorded and eligible decisions may be appealed.

Beta availability and responsibility

HugeWho is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis during beta. Back up information that is important to you and verify third-party links before relying on them. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Specific warranty, liability, governing-law, operator-identity and dispute clauses require qualified Indian legal review before paid or broad public launch.

Plans and changes

The Free plan remains genuinely useful. Paid checkout is disabled until separately approved and clearly presented. Material policy changes receive a new version and effective date; where reasonably possible, members will receive notice before a material change takes effect.

Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent to support@hugewho.com. Account, privacy and security matters can also be opened as accountable tickets through the Support Center.
